SERVE provides online training, compliance management tools, certification tracking, inspections, mystery shopping services, and related educational resources for individuals and businesses.

You agree to use our Website and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age required in your jurisdiction to purchase training or create an employer account.

Individuals under the age of 18 may participate in training only with authorization from an employer, parent, or legal guardian where permitted by law.

Certain Services require the creation of an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.

SERVE reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or are used in violation of these Terms.

Employer accounts provide access to workforce compliance management tools, including employee training assignments, certification tracking, reporting, renewal reminders, and related administrative features.

Employers are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate employee information.
• Assigning appropriate training.
• Monitoring employee compliance.
• Managing available training seats.
• Reviewing certification status.

SERVE provides compliance management tools but does not guarantee an employer's compliance with applicable laws or regulations.

Training seats purchased by an employer are non-transferable except as permitted within the Employer Compliance Center.

A training seat is considered consumed when an assigned employee launches a training course.

Unless otherwise specified, learners have fourteen (14) days from the date of course launch to complete the assigned training.

If the training is not completed within the allotted timeframe, the original seat remains consumed and a new training seat may be required to restart the course.

Seat availability, assignment, expiration, and renewal are subject to the policies established by SERVE.

Certificates are issued only after successful completion of all required course components.

Employers are responsible for verifying that employees maintain any certifications required by applicable federal, state, or local laws.

SERVE does not guarantee that completion of any course satisfies every regulatory requirement in every jurisdiction.

Certain training programs are approved or recognized only within specific jurisdictions.

Users are responsible for selecting the appropriate course based on their employer's requirements and applicable state or local regulations.

All purchases are final unless otherwise stated in SERVE's Refund Policy.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

SERVE reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders resulting from pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.

Employer subscriptions automatically renew according to the selected billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.

Failure to maintain an active subscription may limit access to employer management tools, employee records, reports, or other subscription features.

All Website content, course materials, software, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, videos, assessments, and learning materials are the exclusive property of SERVE or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or republished without prior written permission.

Users may not:

• Share account credentials.
• Copy or distribute course materials.
• Attempt to bypass assessments or security features.
• Use automated software to access the Website.
• Interfere with Website functionality.
• Upload malicious code.

Violation of these Terms may result in immediate account suspension.

SERVE provides educational and compliance support services.

Completion of training does not constitute legal advice or guarantee compliance with federal, state, or local laws.

Employers remain responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SERVE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Website or Services.

SERVE's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

Use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.

SERVE reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms become effective upon posting to the Website.

Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
