Available Training Tracks

The platform offers multiple training tracks designed to meet regulatory and operational compliance requirements. The current and planned training tracks are outlined below.

Assignment configurations

Managers assign training tracks per employee. Three valid configurations exist for the active tracks: Food Safety only, Alcohol Compliance only, or both Food Safety and Alcohol Compliance. Training tracks are fully independent—completion, enrollment status, and certification are tracked separately for each track.

  • Food Safety only — Employee is assigned the Food Safety track only.
  • Alcohol Compliance only — Employee is assigned the Alcohol Compliance track only.
  • Food Safety and Alcohol Compliance — Employee is assigned both active tracks.
  • Food Safety Training

    Active

This training track is currently active and focuses on essential food safety practices, including proper food handling, storage standards, hygiene protocols, and overall safety compliance requirements.

  • Alcohol Compliance Training

    Active

This training track is active and covers responsible alcohol service practices, including age verification (ID checks), refusal handling, and adherence to legal obligations. Certifications under this track require renewal every three (3) months to maintain compliance.

  • Food Manager

    Planned

This training track is planned for future release and is expected to be integrated in the coming months. It will follow the same seat allocation, consumption, and certification logic as existing training tracks.
